Bookings and availability
An enquiry or form submission is not a confirmed booking. A place is confirmed only when Coach B Basketball accepts the booking and any required payment or deposit has been received.
Participant information
Parents and guardians must provide accurate, current information and tell us about relevant support needs through an appropriate private channel before participation.
Behaviour and safety
Participants must follow reasonable coaching and venue instructions. We may pause or end participation where behaviour creates a safety or safeguarding concern.
Cancellations, refunds and changes
Session-specific cancellation, refund, transfer and weather arrangements must be supplied at booking. Coach B Basketball may change a coach, venue or timetable when reasonably necessary and will communicate material changes.
Photos and video
Photography or video for promotion must be handled through a separate, informed consent process. Participation must not be conditional on promotional consent unless imagery is essential to the specific service.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Participants remain responsible for personal belongings and must use suitable clothing and equipment.
